  • While we do not offer private tastings, we host an annual event at our depot where current and prospective clients can indulge in a delightful sampling of our delicious food. Stay tuned to our social media accounts for ticket release and join us for a memorable day.

  • Yes, the per person menu price includes food service staff for a 4.5-hour period. If services are required beyond this time period, additional charges will be applied.

  • We're more than happy to accommodate guest allergies and intolerances. However, it's important to note that we do not cater to individual food dislikes or preferences. To ensure a seamless dining experience, please provide us with your final dietary information at least one month before your wedding or event. Please be aware that surcharges may apply if a significant number of guests require alternative meals.

  • We do not provide crockery and cutlery hire. However, we have a list of trusted local vendors we can recommend for your convenience.

  • No, you won't need to worry about providing power or running water. Supper Road's mobile kitchens are entirely self-sufficient with their own generators, gas, and water supply. So, all you need to do is ensure we have a place to park, and we'll take care of the rest.

  • We do not provide dishwashing services. However, we will gladly assist by scraping and stacking crockery and cutlery back into hire boxes.

  • We proudly serve all regions of Western Australia. Our package prices for the Margaret River/Geographe, Southern Forests, Perth, Peel, and Ferguson Valley regions already include travel costs. However, for events held in areas beyond these regions, additional travel charges will apply.

  • We do not provide beverage service staff, however we can recommend some excellent local vendors who specialise in beverage service.

  • We require menus to be finalised no later than 3 months before your wedding/event. Our admin team will be in touch to start the process and offer supplementary packages.

  • The allocation of a suitable mobile kitchen is at Supper Rd's discretion, based on available access, menu style, and other bookings on your date.

  • The mobile kitchen will arrive approximately 2 hours prior to food service to set up and ensure everything is ready for your wedding/event. Please ensure that the entry point, driveway, and kitchen location are clear on your wedding/event day.

  • We require a deposit upon booking to secure your date, with the final amount due one week prior to your wedding/event.

  • Yes, we do provide kid’s meals and vendor meals at a discounted rate.
